Diet Pills?
I have been hearing about this diet pill from CNN, Oprha, and NBC called Lipocerin. I heard that it has hoodia or something in it so it is ok for you. I have been exercizing and dieting but don't lose more than 7llbs. Should I start taking Lipocerin and if i start taking it then get to my ideal weight and then stop taking it in a month will i gain all that weight back. Anyone know about diet pills (lipocerin) thanks in advance

The only thing is you wont be taking th pill any more to control those cravings, but i think you would do fine, they worked great for me, and i havent taken them in about 6 months and a only gained 2 punds and i know that was my fault....it was the holidays..

- don't go to any type of diet pills ever. always try to reduce ur weight in a natural and healthy way it took long but its not harmful to ur body i can suggest u some tips Below are the few Quick Steps towards a Healthier Diet. 1)Before starting any type of diet weight yourself and also note ur whole body measurement in a dairy. Then after every week weigh yourself and note it in ur diary and see how much weight u r losing. 2)Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily. 3)Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach. 4)Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet 5)Don’t eat any type of junk food. 6)Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can. - i don't know about the combination but I take just pure hoodia as an aid to my dieting. I always failed in my dieting before as I found it hard to control my hungry feeling especially with exercise. Hoodia was able to help me overcome it. Look at hoodia as an aid to dieting and you will lose weight. Don't expect hoodia to do miracles on its own. After I stopped taking hoodia, I didn't gain back my weight as I continued to keep an eye on overeating.
