  1. This is prob the worst possible answer... ...but I eat one meal a day, whatever I want how much I want it doesn't matter and I started smoking cigarettes. Lost over 25lbs, and I was 150lbs to begin with. :D But really exercise atleast 3 times a week and eating 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones is better.

I have heard of several weight loss techniques over the ages, cutting off body parts, doing cocaine, vomiting into tupperware containers that you hide in your closet, but I think the best one is the "run around real fast" diet. It's where you always run around really fast all the time and then poof its like magic!!!! you are welcome!!!
