Diet Pills?

Okay, here it goes. I am on my last 10-13 pounds of stubborn, unsightly belly and thigh fat. I exercise 3-6 hrs a week and eat a very healthful diet and avoid junk foods. I drink >64 oz of pure water a day and still I cannot lose those last pounds! My question is has anyone tried any diet pills? What were they? Did they work for you? Did you lose weight? What were the positive and negative effects. Please, do not try and educate me on diet pills being bad. This question is not an opinion piece it is a fact based question and I would like to hear from people who HAVE tried them or knows someone who HAS tried them. Thanks in advance for any help I receive. If you could please tell me which ones you tried even if they didn't work it would be very helpful! This is so I know what does and doesn't work so I do not waste my money. I take a 1 hour high intensity cardio kickboxing class at 24 hr fitness 3 times a week and 2-3 times a week I work out for an hr each day and lift small weights for toning and work out on the elliptical for 30 mins. I am 18 years old.

  2. I've used ephedra products in the past and I don't care what people say, they do work. Just be sure to build up a tolerance and limit your caffiene. If not, you'll feel jittery, and hot and may have an increased heart rate. ALWAYS follow the directions and if you're uneasy about it, always err on the side of less. You can always try to do a search for unbiased opinions (not from the company that makes any supplement) If you're under 18 I wouldn't recommend it, but I'm not going to preach! Do you have a strength training regime?
