  3. None. Healthy eating is best, my friend has lost 3 stone and has come from a size 18 to a 14 in a few months by changing to a healthier diet and determination to keep to it.

  5. I am afraid none of them work very well. 2 in 3 dieters who try fad diets or pills actually end up heavier. Regular, long term,vigorous exercise. Most people who go down the road you are contemplating, of really trying to get something to loose weight for them with minimum effort on their part ar doomed to fail! Sorry but you have to get off the couch.
  6. Hunni If there were any pills that worked, then i would have bouhgt them all by now. If there is one thing i have learnt, its that the diet pills are just there to make the company rich, and us a bit poorer, coz none of them work! Just the usual diet and exercise!

Unfortunately no diet pills are good for you and none help keep weight off in the long term, if you take diet pills you will lose weight at first but then when you stop taking the pills, the weight you lost will come back on and sometimes even more. I suggest healthy eating and exercise. Good Luck! :)
