What diet pills are best to lose about 5 lbs?

I would like to lose about 5 lbs to get to my ideal weight before the holidays. I don't overeat, so cutting back on my food intake is not really an option and I don't really have to time to exercise 30 minutes a day. I just want an easy way to melt off these 5 lbs so I'll look great in my holiday outfits (and pictures). Any relatively safe diet pills out there that would help me do this?

  1. Make the time to workout 30 minutes a day. Make it! If I can do it so can you. Go for a fast walk. It's free and the diet pills are only going to make your wallet lighter.
  2. Diet pills are a scam. Eat the recommended amount and WORK OUT. It may seem like you don't have time for it but there is always time. Try walking instead of taking the elevator or parking a farther away from the entrance. Or you could cut out or switch certain daily activities with exercising. Get up 15 min earlier and go for a short run, do the same thing in the evening. The only way to loose wait is to exercise!
  3. The best diet pill to lose five pounds is the get off your lazy a s s pill and use your da m n eyes to watch what you eat. Seriously, eat healthy and exercise at least 30 mins a day and cut back on junk food. Yayer
  4. There are NO SUCH THING as "safe" diet pills, unless your not eating anything every day then there is a sich thing as cutting back on your food and you can exercise stop making excuses!!! If you cant find 30 minutes in one period of time then break it up do 10 minutes 3 times a day.
  5. try fat blaster max they worked really well for me :D
  6. Email me and I will tell you how I lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks. My friend has lost 4 pounds since sunday(10-28-07) on this plan. JMself07@yahoo.com
  7. Diet pills don't work long term. As soon as you stop taking them, the weight you lose will go back on again. All diet pills carry health risks. 5lbs is a small amount of weight to lose. If you don't overeat then exercise will do in order to lose 5lbs.
