How Can One Loss Weight Fast - Without Dieting Or Eating Diet Pills?
I have tried all sort of "Fats Loss" products and most of them advocate a "Low fat, Low carb, Low Calorie" programs. I have tried but could not maintain for long because it is really tough to maintain and results I'm getting is not ideal though I am dieting hard! Can anyone advise is there any ways to "Loss Fats" without dieting or eating diet pills?

- Are you incorporating excersize into your dieting? You must get a moderate amount of excersize in order to effectively burn fat.
- yeah this is how i lost the extra weight. instead of 3 meals a day i ate 5 little ones. by little i mean a small bowl of fruit salad or half a sandwhich. after losing the weight i stopped but it was perfect for me because i HATE feeling hungry.
- You cannot lose weight fast in a healthy manner. The key is to eat healthy and exercise so that you burn more calories than you consume. If input is more than output, you will gain weight. Many are searching for that pill or fix, but persistence and hard work is the only way to get lasting results.

- You have made a correct choice by stopping the "low low low" diet. I have personally tried those "Low carb , Low fat, Low calories" diet too but instead of getting positive result ....it makes me really weak daily. Due to the fact that I am "Dieting". I basically do not have much energy to do other things and right after work...I am basically flat out! That's definitely NOT for me I know. Instead..I choose to do the opposite by eating more often and eating more. Of cos...only from a selected group of "Fat Burning" food only. Eating the RIGHT food ( fats burning food) + Eating at the RIGHT timing + Unique Intervals = Fast Weight (Fats ) Loss. At least to me.....and my friends. - Since it seems you don't want to go the healthy route- FAST.
- go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
