I have been on a diet for a month and lost some weight but now it has stopped so i was looking to take some diet pills to help me lose my last 5 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions on good diet pills that they have tried in the past?

- Formoline L130 it's a fat binding diet pill so basically you excrete the fat you eat the downside is it also binds vitamins etc, so you might end up with a vitamin deficiency. But it says take a multi vitamin 4 hours after taking the pills. It doesnt work against alcohol though :( And i've tried... Bio Synergy's Body Perfect Fat burner Which is basically a green tea extract to fasten metabolism but you have to team it with a good diet and doing exercise. Hoodia Is meant to be brilliant but it's quite expensive :/ here's a list of 10 best diet pills http://pricesexposed.net/home.php?rev=reviews/zotrim.php&gclid=CMWDp_7Zj5MCFQd3MAodZQw5ZA be careful with side effects though. Light head-edness is my main problem. my friends hair also started thinning after excessive use. good luck (:
- I use to play around with diet pills thinking that the stuff they told me on the tv commercial was true. I couldn't of been more wrong. The only thing it made me lose was my money and motivation. I did lose a few pounds but I suspect it was either water weight or muscle weight because I gained all the weight right back. I did finally have some good success getting rid of my beer gut by using a program I found at http://fatstomachworkout.com/ It's been real steady fat loss, and the workouts are the best I've ever done. Makes me feel like I worked really hard. Has some great quick meal plans too, which helped since I don't have much time to cook. Good luck!
- Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat. Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings. Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
- Try the Wu-Yi Diet: http://WuYiTeaDiet.info It's a Chinese tea based diet and has helped me lose 8 lbs. in the past 2 weeks.
