  1. Do you even know anything about diet pills? Do some research..honestly. Just eat 5-6 small meals a day containing lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs. Exercise regularly and drink water. Not hard just takes a lot of effort.
  2. I'm pretty sure you have to be 18. Don't use weight loss pills, they are not good for you. Keep eating right and start exercising and be patient.
  3. You are too young and as far as i am concerned weight loss tablets are only a spiral to bad eating habits and no solution at all. Speak to your mother and to a dr that can work out a eating plan for you one that the whole family can follow. But please dont ever start dieting its a multi million dollar industry and non works.
  4. I found this on this website. There are more tips and info. If you want to lose some weight fast, this can help you! She has an extremely bad back and is unable to exercise at all. All of the weight she lost was through proper dieting alone. I had her feed me according to the same diet and I lost 30 pounds in about 16 weeks, but I also exercised. My wife did it through a diet center that she paid quite a bit of money to. Of course, she got supplements and stuff through them that I couldn't get. More infomation the link:<--http://www.loseweighthappy.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=203&Itemid=62
