3. its best not to take a weight loss pill because they speed up your heart way too much. i'd recommend just exercising, eating healthy, stretching, and drinking LOTS of water. another reason is if you want to keep the weight off you will have to keep buying the diet pills because it isn't a lifestyle change, it is merely the "easy way out". good luck with whichever route you choose!
