What diet pills really do work? I have a coworker who is online wanting to buy some.?

She's at a website with the top 10 diet pills. And i'm pretty sceptical about it all. What do you think?? SHe's looking at Orovo & Liposeduction.....thanks for you input.

  1. Adipec/Phentermine As far as I know they are the only ones that work. Several of my friends used them to lose between 10 and 40 pounds and they worked like a charm. It suppresses your appetite. Coupled with light to moderate exercise you can lose weight quickly and easily.
  2. What is interesting is that people think Diet Pills actually work. When you read the instructions on it, it says that it works when you eat healthy meals and excersize, which is really the way to lose weight in the first place. We women just want instant results, but real weight loss takes effort.
  3. None of the ones you can get without a prescription really work in a good way. Some suppress your appetite, which can usually do long-term damage to your digestive system. Others purge water from your system, which basically just makes you dehydrated. Still others will raise your heart rate, which does technically make you burn calories more quickly, but in a very unsafe way. Your friend should just set herself a good, healthy diet and exercise plan. That's the only way to achieve lasting weight loss, anyway.
  4. Diet pills do NOT work. There is not scientific ground to show any evidence of diet pills ever working. Many people will attest to having success with diet pills (mostly due to a placebo effect) but you must combine exercise with proper nutrition. Plus, would you really want something to mess up your metabolism that bad? Dieting period is not really a good option either. Creating a healthy lifestyle is. Exercise, eating 3 meals a day, fruits, vegetables, whole-grains, and proper meat portions are good very good ways to start.
  5. I would not go for diet pills, Reason: there are deaths related to diet pills, human chemicals going wack, and others, Go for vitamins, Vitamin B is the one that boosts metabolism I've been using it for weight loss, and I've lost weight with or without exercise because of it.
