Diet pills?

I bought diet pills called 'Metabo Extreme', and it says on the pack to take them twice daily with meals and not to take after 4pm. I have a few questions... * Why can't you take them after 4pm? * Can you take two at the same time? * Can you overdose on diet pills, like if I took 3 a day instead of 2? Thanks x

  1. They give you loads of energy, thats why you need to take them early in the day and not late otherwise you may not sleep. You can take 3, just don't take them late at night.
  2. sweetie, diet pills are very unhealthy for you, i have tried so many of them and they are addictive to say the least, they cause so many health problems, you can't take them later than 4 because they will keep you up all night, and yes you can over dose on them. there are so many side affects that come with those pills, just please be careful when taking them, and don't let the need or want of losing some weight to come in the way of you health and ultimate safety, good luck honey
  3. No you wouldnt overdose on 3 a day but you may have side effects like feeling weak, sick etc... Im not sure why you cant have them after 4pm, maybe because the pills break the food down quicker and if your sleeping your body is resting and wouldnt be abe to help you lose weight And lastly you should have one at breakfast and one at dinner/tea because the tablets help to make sure you feel full, which you want at both periods of eating You also have to be eating a balanced diet for these pills to work
  4. They are probably loaded with caffiene. Therefore, if you take them after 4pm you won't be bale to sleep. I would never recommend taking more than the suggested dosage. You never know what could happen, IE overdose or an ugly reaction with your body,
