- Stay away from diet pills. They are not good for you. Period! You are eating right and exercising, so be patient. You will reach your goal.
- I suggest to just forget about the diet pills because there have been lawsuits against four diet pill companies and the person who is pressing the lawsuit is the government. Besides if you stick with your plan you should be able to lose the weight in 3 months. And don't worry that time will go by quicker than you think.
- Don't waste you money anything you lose you will gain right back as soon as you quit taking them and most are not good for your health.Do what you are doing the weight will come off and stay off
- see a doctor, I am more than 200pounds , with the help of doctor medicine, i lose abt 12pounds in6 months, no exercise though, if i exercise i might lose more... I am on panbesy and duromine
- Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No pills unless recommended by doc.
- I took phentermine, it is the safe part of Phen/Fen. I lost about 10-15 pounds a month. I felt great and was never hungry. You must get a prescription for it and go to the doctor regularly. There are sites on the internet that sell it, but you should be seeing a doctor while on it. There is also a great message board community supporting those on this drug. The down side was my blood pressure shot up (a usual side effect), the medicine got to be very expensive, insurance normally does not cover weight loss drugs or visits to the doc and some manufacturers' formulations just did not work. One month I lost only 3 pounds and the doctor asked if I got solid white pills or speckled pills from the pharmacy. Sure enough I had gotten the white pills and they were not effective for me. I have tried many over the counter pills, but they leave me jittery and one actually gave me a horrible racing heart episode, I thought I was going to die. Be very careful what you take. You are on the right track with diet and exercise first.
