  1. Sweetie.. no offense.. but you obviously havent tried everything. Its simple- if you ate right.. and exercised.. you would lose weight. THis doesnt mean for 3 days.. it means eating right for atleast a month or so to see results. You are setting yourself up for failure using diet pills.. they will make you feel weird (shaky), cost you alot of money, and there side effects arent all known. Why would you put your body through that, not see any results, and not come up with a real solution when all you have to do is diet and exercise!
  2. You should never take weight loss pills, especially at your age. The ones that do work have horrible side effects, and can cause you damage, most don't work without healthy eating, and exercise. My suggestion to you if your that concerned about your weight is start limiting your intake of soda (less that one a week, and caffeine, eat as much vegetables, fruit, all natural peanut butter, and drink as much water as you want. But don't go so drastic as to taking pills. You may also want to talk to your mom about making a checkup appointment with you doctor to make sure yours still healthy, and if you may have a pituitary of some other problem you can fix, in order to maintain your weight.
  3. You are way too young for pills. Plus, they do not work. They are a LIE! Trust me. Not only are they a lie, they can cause heart problems, etc. Don't do it. Here is what I did. I went on an interesting diet... If it had a label on it, I wouldn't eat it. That means, you can eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want. Obviously, you are going to need to eat some things that have a label, but only if it lists four ingredients or less. Like, make your own salad dressing. Get homemade bakery bread. You can make your own whip cream and put it on your fruit.... or you can take fruit and blend it up with low-fat milk and pretend it's a milk shake. It's easier than you think. And every time you feel like you NEED to eat McDonalds or a Snickers, drink water. I used to pretend that water WAS the diet pill. It worked like a charm. Also, start walking other people's dogs. Yu can make some money and exercise at the same time without looking like you are trying to exercise. You can run and jump andplay with the dogs... see? Fun!
  4. No the affect is....you read for it? It doesn't work Plus, that's unhealthy and you could really harm your body, your way to young to take diet pills, and they don't even work the best way to lose weight is just to eat healthy foods, portion control it and do cardio exercise everyday, for you to gain 2lb in a day you must be eating way to much, it takes 35000 calories to really gain some weight and that's a lot of calories, I know this is probably what you don't wanna hear but the only way to really lose weight it eating healthy and not to much calories and exercise have you tried weight watchers? I heard their really good
  5. Weight loss pills are good for NOBODYand NUTHIN'!! Just get on a sensible diet. Cut out sugar, fried food , and fast food. Eat lots of fruits and veggies (frozen is good) Tuna in water is fine from the can or packet. And broiled or baked salmon, halibut, or cod. White meat skinless chicken. Buy a lot of hi-fiber cereals and 1% milk. And exercise at least 30 minutes a day. A brisk walk is great, as are swimming, treadmill, stationary bike, or jumping rope. Work up to 30 minutes or more gradually. If you have more questions, e-mail me. I have your name; I won't forget you!! WILLPOWER, GIRLFRIEND!! You can do it the right way. :)
  6. you don't need diet pills! and yes, some can kill you. i'm 15 and i weigh 194 and i don't even look like i weigh that much at all. the numbers on the scale don't matter; what matters is if you're happy with the way you look. if you're not happy with the way you look, take a healthy route to lose weight; not diet pills. do sit-ups to get rid of the belly fat; just exercise and eat healthy; it will take a while to lose weight, but you've got to be patient; it's worth it!!!
