diet pills?

I see so many diet pills on the market these days and really want to try one out to see if it will help me. I don't have a significant amount of weight to lose, probably about ten pounds. I eat a pretty healthy diet.. no sodas, chips, sometimes ice cream. Overall I live a pretty healthy life style. I probably don't get near enough amount of exercise, but I stay pretty active through out the day and take daily walks. Just wanted to know if any moms out there have tried any of these diet pills and if they have worked for you? Please no personal opinions on diet pills, just personal experiences if you have taken one and what you would recommend. Currently I am breastfeeding, so I won't be taking it now, but will want to try one in the future when my son is done nursing. I've lost all but 10 pounds the 45 pounds that I gained during pregnancy, but it just seems like it won't budge no matter what I do! Thank you in advance ladies. :-)

  1. You can easily lose 10 pounds just by increasing your breakfast. Also eat a big salad before dinner and before lunch. You can lose those 10 pounds fast right now while your breastfeeding. Diet pills are very effective from what i have seen the problem is that they are only safe to take for about 2 weeks. 2. i've used actislim ultra before and they worked for me. they suppressed my appetite, but i also ate healthily and tried to walk for 30 mins everyday. the first couple of days you may have dry mouth, which is good - you drink more water. also felt a little jittery - caffeine contents! i'm not a mom, i'm 26, and not overweight. they are expensive so consider carefully! congrats on you're baby, keep healthy. xx
